The Prime-X 7 uses highly efficient 5x 5-watt LED chips and achieves an incredible range of 300m at 1 Lux, with only 24W power consumption and 161mm total length.
So, what sets Prime-X apart, aside from its superior light values?
The use of the finest and most robust materials, extreme manufacturing precision, and the latest reflector technology with maximum waterproofing are the hallmarks of all X products.
The light distribution is controlled by an optically redesigned dual reflector, which allows both vertical and horizontal mounting of the lightbar, simultaneously eliminating vertical light scattering. The result: the light goes exactly where it is needed: across the full width of the road. Additional positive effects include avoiding extra energy consumption and preventing glare for oncoming traffic.
Impressively, the light transmission of the lightweight but shatterproof Sabic LEXAN polycarbonate lens, coated with an additional UVHC3000 layer, is also outstanding. Increased light sharpness and detail recognition help the driver identify objects immediately, thus improving safety in road traffic. Moreover, it prevents early eye fatigue and makes driving – even over long distances – more relaxed.
All materials have been tested for the toughest use in extreme conditions, and the consistent performance of the lightbars is ensured at ambient temperatures between -40° and +90°C.
The internal thermal management automatically regulates the light output, ensuring the longevity of the chips for years.
The certification also extends to electromagnetic compatibility, ensuring no interference with other devices in your vehicle.
With a length of only 161mm and a height of 58mm, the Prime-X 7 is designed for easy integration into spatially limited areas of the vehicle.
The included mounting brackets made of lightweight aluminum allow flexible positioning for optimal light direction.
